Run Coaching

Structured running specific coaching is often overlooked. But the right training plan can develop you as an athlete and help you reach a level of fitness like never before.


From a novice looking to complete their first 5km to and experienced Marathon runner hunting for a PB. On road, to cross country or even fells, our bespoke coaching can provide the structure and advice to allow you to achieve your goals.


The beauty of running is that all you need is a pair of trainers, and our coaching plans can be just as simple. We can base training off heart rate, pace, time/distance or even rate of perceived exertion (RPE)


If you are new to running, our coaching plans will give you all the information and guidance you need to take those first steps. We will support you all the way from your first training walk/jog, into short runs and  even your first event!


All our coaching packages are  spearheaded by our expert runner, Lisa Campbell, and delivered through Training Peaks to the highest standard and come with a free initial consultation and no setup fee.

Standard Run Coaching

Weekly, bespoke coaching tailored to you with coach interaction and feedback

£40 per month

  • Free initial consultation with one of our coaches 
  • Review of previous training
  • Setting of fitness and performance goals
  • Bespoke weekly training plan
  • Training Peaks account
  • Feedback on races/events
  • Formal monthly feedback email
  • Monthly Skype/phone call
  • Access to Ryan Morley Coaching closed community


Premium Run Coaching

A more complete weekly coaching plan, providing more interaction, detailed feedback and guidance

£70 per month

  • Free initial consultation with both of our coaches 
  • Review of previous training
  • Setting of fitness and performance goals
  • Bespoke weekly training plan
  • Training Peaks premium account
  • Feedback on races/events
  • Formal weekly feedback email
  • Feedback message on key sessions
  • Monthly Skype/phone call
  • Weekly email/messenger conversation
  • Small plan changes if required
  • Free t-shirt on set-up
  • Access to Ryan Morley Coaching closed community
