The beauty of running is that all you need is a pair of trainers, and our coaching plans can be just as simple. We can base training off heart rate, pace, time/distance or even rate of perceived exertion (RPE)
If you are new to running, our coaching plans will give you all the information and guidance you need to take those first steps. We will support you all the way from your first training walk/jog, into short runs and even your first event!
All our coaching packages are spearheaded by our expert runner, Lisa Campbell, and delivered through Training Peaks to the highest standard and come with a free initial consultation and no setup fee.
