We take an in depth look at your previous training and produce a comprehensive report analysing your previous training, power and heart rate profiles. The report will also provide you with some direction and guidance on how to further your training in the future
Anyone who wishes to progress into full time coaching following a training review will have the price of the review discounted off their first months coaching.
